Have a core box set up and a core tube to show people how to properly empty a tube and how to place core in a core box, with the proper blocking

Example drill hole plans with angle and azi – this is to help assist them in ensuring the drill is lined up properly. 

Have a complete diamond drill set up and have the ability to show students how the hoist and wire line cables work and their purpose

Start up diamond drill and show students the do and don’ts of a diamond drill during daily operation.

Have a chainsaw available with all required PPE.  (chaps, gloves, mesh face shield)

This is something that may be signed off in the field once they are with a company. 

A dozer or tracked piece of equipment would be required.  Students will get a basic understanding on pre-starts inspections, and start up and basic operation.

Have a snowmobile there, and they would go through safety of operating one, pre start, and how to drive one.

This would be a  quad or a side X side vehicle. 

Have a portable generator on hand.  This could be a Kubota, Yamaha or Honda etc.

We could have a grout machine (small one) on hand to show students what it is and how they work in the field.  (basic understanding)
